Top of line NEXT LEVEL speed training for all ages. High impact sports specific drills concentrating on fast twitch muscles, foot to ground contact, foot quickness, explosion, speed endurance, strength, linear and multidrectional movements.
Evening or Morning Sessions of Total body speed and conditioning for all sports, ages, and genders.
Beginner Classes: ages 8-12, (1hr.-1.5 hrs.)
Intermediate Classes: ages 12-14 (1.5 hrs.)
Advanced Classes: ages 15-18 ( 1.5 hrs.)
Elite Classes: Collegiate / Professonal (2 hrs.)
